We are not a listing site, we are not a lead-resale brokerage, and we are not tied to any single developer. Every project on our books is independently vetted by our acquisitions team against a fixed set of investment criteria: developer track record, payment plan structure, projected net yield, exit liquidity, legal title clarity, and currency exposure. If a project does not meet our internal threshold, it does not reach our clients — regardless of the commission on offer. We invest where we advise, and our team holds personal positions in many of the developments we recommend.
Our client base spans more than thirty nationalities, with a particular concentration of investors from the United Kingdom, the European Union, the GCC, and the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
